The technology Center of Excellence will include a Cyber Academy offering advanced training and simulation systems to develop local engineering and technical talent as well as foster technology transfer. This forward-looking venture will enable the development of technologically advanced and operational solutions in Rwanda and provide local engineering and technical support.
